葱白，中药名。为百合科植物葱近根部的鳞茎。我国各地均有种植，随时可采。采挖后，切去须根及叶，剥去外膜，鲜用。味辛，性温。具有发汗解表，通达阳气的功效。主要用于外感风寒，阴寒内盛，格阳于外，脉微，厥逆，腹泻，外敷治疗疮痈疔毒。
