子宫内膜炎
子宫内膜炎（endometritis）是各种原因引起的子宫内膜结构发生炎性改变，细菌可沿阴道，宫颈上行或沿输卵管下行以及经淋巴系统到达子宫内膜。通常宫腔有良好的引流条件及周期性内膜剥脱，使炎症极少有机会长期停留于子宫内膜，但如急性期炎症治疗不彻底，或经常存在感染源，则炎症可反复发作，严重者可影响子宫肌层，成为子宫肌炎。子宫内膜炎可分为急性子宫内膜炎和慢性子宫内膜炎。慢性子宫内膜炎常与慢性宫颈炎、慢性输卵管炎同时存在，是导致流产的最常见原因。
