猎隼（学名：Falco cherrug），别名兔虎、白鹰，属于隼科隼属动物，是国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生鸟类。 猎隼在国内主要分布在西北、东北和华北一带。猎隼体重510~1200克，体长278~779毫米，颈背偏白，头顶浅褐，头部对比色少，眉纹白，上体多褐色而略具横斑，与翼尖的深褐色成对比，尾具狭窄的白色羽端，下体偏白，狭窄翼尖深色，翼下大覆羽具黑色细纹，翼比游隼形钝而色浅。猎隼主要以鸟类和小型动物为食，常栖息于河流、湖泊、沼泽、草原地区，营巢于高山悬崖峭壁顶端，有时也将巢建在树杈上。
