睾丸肿瘤（tumor of testis）是泌尿外科中常见的肿瘤之一。睾丸肿瘤分原发性和继发性两类，绝大多数都是原发的，继发性极为罕见。睾丸肿瘤几乎都是恶性的，其中生殖细胞肿瘤占90%～95%，非生殖细胞肿瘤占5%～10%。生殖细胞肿瘤中以精原细胞瘤最常见，约占睾丸原发性肿瘤的40%～50%，胚胎性癌次之，约为20%～30%，再次为畸胎瘤，约为10%左右，其他细胞类型睾丸肿瘤少见。发病年龄有3个高峰：婴儿期以卵黄囊瘤（婴儿型胚胎性瘤）为多；20～40岁间可见各类型睾丸肿瘤，但仍以精原细胞瘤为多，70岁以后主要为精原细胞瘤。其病因尚不明了，目前认为其发病与遗传和后天因素均有关系。其中与隐睾关系最密切，隐睾发生肿瘤的机会比正常人大10～14倍，腹腔内隐睾比腹股沟更高，而睾丸固定术并不降低恶性变的发病率，但可使肿瘤更易被发现。
