索多玛
索多玛（Sodom）是《旧约圣经》记载的城市，位于死海的东南方，如今已沉没在水底。 依《旧约圣经》记载，索多玛是一个耽溺男色而淫乱、不忌讳同性性行为的性开放城市。在英文中，由“Sodom”一字所生出的词汇“Sodomy”则指男性之间的肛交，直译通常则为“鸡奸”，是带有刑事和贬义的词语。考古学家自1970年代以来，陆续在死海附近发现四座青铜时代古城，刚好可对应圣经中被毁灭的四座城市，其中有一座城市最符合圣经中所叙述的索多玛。
