鲁道夫·赫斯（德语：Rudolf Walter Richard Heß，1894年4月26日－1987年8月17日），纳粹党的副元首，生于埃及的亚历山大港。赫斯曾在德国慕尼黑大学学习，1914年8月起参军，并参加第一次世界大战。1920年加入纳粹党，并参加了啤酒馆暴动，失败被捕后与希特勒在同一监狱服刑。狱中完成由希特勒口述的《我的奋斗》，此后成为希特勒的心腹兼秘书。二战后判处终身监禁，最后于柏林施潘道军事监狱内的小别墅上吊自杀，享年93岁；不过当时鲁道夫·赫斯的脖子上有绳索多次缠绕过的迹象，勒痕呈平行状，因此有不少人认为鲁道夫·赫斯的死并不单纯。鲁道夫·赫斯后来成为了新纳粹的崇拜对象，而他的儿子沃尔夫·赫斯成了著名的右翼分子，并声称他的父亲死于谋杀。
