理查二世（英语：Richard II，1367年1月6日－1400年2月14日），英格兰金雀花王朝最后一位国王（1377年—1399年在位，1399年被废）。 理查二世出生于波尔多，是黑太子爱德华最小的儿子。其父及兄长昂古莱姆的爱德华先后早于祖父爱德华三世逝世，所以于1377年，爱德华三世逝世后，由年仅10岁的理查继承英格兰国王王位，冈特的约翰摄政。
